Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Luxe Cosmetics account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
